Our Congregation focuses on the following priorities:
1. Prayer
2. Works of charity, especially the care of disabled children
3. Visiting the sick
4. Care and preparation of the Chapel and the altar
5. Catechesis
6. Support and encouragement of the secular Third Order of Franciscans.
What we most desire to do once again is to care for disabled children. We have many years of experience in this type of apostolate. Among our Sisters are those trained professionally as nurses and nursing assistants. There is much physical infrastructure at our new property that, with some modification, can be transformed into an excellent facility for this purpose. This is and will continue to be one of the foremost projects at the Convent. With time and God’s grace we will be able to provide such services as speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, nursing care, academic and limited vocational training to the children residing there.
Please keep our small community of religious in your prayers, and if you are so moved to provide material support, or to pay a visit to see this example of God’s grace in action, your support would be most welcome.
